A 4-acre vacant site that sits in-between a busy arterial street and well established neighborhood. A mixture of house types are being developed using City of Bellingham Infill Toolkit, which includes Townhouses, Cottages & Small Houses with detached garage + ADU.  A public trail through the middle of the site will provide access, connecting the Sunnyland neighborhood to Sunset Dr.
